The Conference Format

Amplified Knowledge Exchange provides participants with highly engaging sessions spread over multiple days. Rules

We do not encourage our speakers to engage in direct selling, nor do we endorse any product or service presented by the speakers or committee members.

Force Majeure

In the event that circumstances beyond the control of Amplified Knowledge Exchange make it impossible to host the conference, Amplified Knowledge Exchange holds no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of any alteration or cancellation of the event. Amplified Knowledge Exchange reserves the right to cancel the event in case of unsatisfactory enrollment.

Registration Fee Exclusions

The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation. For corporate rates for your accommodation and any assistance with transportation, please contact us at [insert email].

Cancellation Policy

Amplified Knowledge Exchange will refund the registration fee minus a $300 administrative charge if the request for cancellation is received 30 days prior to the conference. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Participants will be liable for the entire fee if they fail to notify Amplified Knowledge Exchange team of cancellation within the stipulated time limit.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received prior to the conference to secure participation.

Program Policy

All published material is accurate at the time of publishing; however, Amplified Knowledge Exchange team reserves the right to alter speakers, topics, venue, or any other detail in case of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Governing Law

The parties shall Endeavour to resolve any dispute or difference arising from this AGREEMENT or any transaction or performance or non-performance under this AGREEMENT, by mutual discussion. Any such dispute or difference, which cannot be so resolved within a period of 30 days then all claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding e-arbitration. With an objective resolve the dispute, PDR ORGANIZATION PRIVATE LIMITED (PrivateCourt) shall conduct the e-arbitration and the parties shall be bound by any and all rules of PDR ORGANIZATION PRIVATE LIMITED (PrivateCourt) and any award/decision rendered. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an experienced arbitrator/lawyer (to be appointed by Private Court) and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all decisions. An award of arbitration may be confirmed/executed in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Seat / Place / Venue of Arbitration shall be Mumbai. Entire Arbitration proceeding will be conducted online through e-filing and video conferencing and award will be provided in physical form on appropriate stamp paper.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Amplified Knowledge Exchange reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. Your continued use of the site will mean you accept those changes.
